What does being a member mean?

Our mission is to develop an organization to meet the needs of business owners in the State of Missouri. This organization will be sensitive to the needs of the start-up, family-owned business, and corporate entities. It’s a coalition of businesses speaking with a unified voice to move the needle legislatively along with building an alliance that connects, engages, and advances Missouri businesses.

1 Employee – $100 annually
2-20 Employees  –  $300 annually
21-100 Employees  –  $400 annually
101-300 Employees  –  $500 annually
301-500 Employees – $700 annually
500+ Employees  –  $1,000 annually

MENTOR PROGRAM

What is the mentor program?

The MBA Mentor Program is for young professionals 35 years of age and below. It is designed to arm you with readiness to take on further responsibilities. The program allows members to become more proficient in their role and reach new levels of knowledge, sophistication, and career development. It can also serve as a sounding board for members to get feedback on their ideas. We look forward to growing future and current leaders with the MBA Mentor Program.

You are a young professional on the rise with new technology and business practices at your fingertips; what’s missing? Real-world experience…decades of it. The MBA Mentor Program teams up the industry’s future…you…with current leaders. It provides industry and business insights while allowing leaders to groom the future.

We’ve learned that leadership is not top-down, yet it’s utilizing the strengths within the team. You will provide your mentor with insights helping him/her in their decision-making and they will educate you on all they’ve learned through trials and tribulations.

The Mentor Program offers:

  • monthly meetings with one-on-one breakout sessions

  • monthly events that feature local speakers plus Q&A opportunities

  • networking with future business leaders on a monthly basis

  • opportunities for members to present to the program about professional goals and business possibilities on future career growth

  • discounted tickets to MBA events

  • lunch and learn sessions

Annual Fee $50 per individual
ENTREPRENEURS CLUB

What is the Entrepreneurs Club?

Each Entrepreneur Club (EC) member receives 10 free tickets per show within the Speaker Series at the Historic Fox Theater. The tickets have a value of $50 per ticket. See series schedule below.

CAPITOL HILL CLUB

What is the Capitol Hill Club?

Each Capitol Hill Club (CHC) member will receive an invitation to D.C. fly in meetings with Members of Congress and High-Ranking Executive Branch Officials (Late September). In addition to, an invitation to Jefferson City Day. CHC members will be given an opportunity to meet with Members of the General Assembly and High-Ranking State of Missouri Officials.

Government Relations Team

  • Input into MBA’s political agenda.
